Induction for Employees
Maintain Personal Files and the Data of the employees.
Maintaining the Employee master file.(HRIS)
Coordinating with Medical Insurance third party and employees
Maintain Resource Tracker, Attrition Tracker.
Handling the leave data which supports Pay roll
Maintenance of Biometrics system.
Coordinate for Training Programs, preparation of Training Calendar
Performance Appraisal Process.
Follow up on probation, Employee confirmation
Day to day handling of employee grievances.
Handling HR audits
Handling the Exit formalities.
Source candidates, short listing candidates, scheduling interviews and interviewing candidates.
Handle Full cycle of recruitment.
Handle the joining formalities
Assist in making new policies when required.
To make developments in sourcing new
Administer employee discipline process
Recreational activities, celebration of birthdays, get together etc.
