Job Description

• 15 years software engineering and IT with experience in architecture and engineering of a B2B SaaS platform / product

• Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships. Act as a leader for a modern HR Tech platform which is expanding internationally; North America to begin with immediately, and Europe, APAC and ME in the next waves.

• Ability to lead and drive offshore and onshore development teams with distinctive architectural prowess

• Thorough with key aspects like platform / product security, scalability, infrastructure and QA in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Design, architect and build highly scalable cloud-based applications based on microservices.
• Lead designers, development team and product team to deliver best in class enterprise ready solutions.
• Extensive experience with MVC frameworks
• Refactoring and re-architecting of existing software where needed.
• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
• Must possess the right blend of technical and leadership skills
