Tech (Food & Science) Age Criteria: Between 30 40 years Responsible for operations, budget, project delivery and strategy. Managing stock control and inventory checks. Having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes. Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties. Ensures of health and safety regulations. Documenting procedures for third party monitoring. Creating and monitoring projects and items. Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met. Supporting the CEO or executive teams vision and process ideals. Supporting all functions of the business to work together. Strong communication skills, good motivational skills, strong negotiations skills, exceptional organizational skills, awareness of exceptional organizational skills, awareness of internal and external customer needs, leadership qualities, understanding of policy, planning and strategy. Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures. Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing. Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents.
