Job Location: Mumbai, Chembur (Nearby Chembur Railway Station)

Role Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth of our products and solutions business by the direct acquisition of customers, Distribution and Sales Partners
The role brief includes:
a) Defining and driving customer acquisition tactics.
b) Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
c) Reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone
d) Creating and pursuing leads through events, shows, interactions, seminars, digital engagements, social media.
e) organising sales visits
f) Demonstrating and presenting products
g) Establishing new business
h) Maintaining accurate records
i) Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
j) Reviewing sales performance
k) Negotiating contracts and packages
l) Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Responsibility areas
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Manage existing, New channel partners to ensure the relationships are as productive and fruitful as they could be, driving more value from these relationships as required.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in preparing and delivering attractive presentations
Qualification:
Degree from a reputed university
MBA/ PGDM From recognised institute university
Experience:
Minimum 1 year+
Experience in IT Sales, Technology/ BFSI sales and marketing preferred.
