Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director - Pharma Health Care (PHC) to work closely with the Managing Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer the opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Director - Pharma Health Care (PHC), your key tasks would be as below:
- Achieve Sales plan for Pharma Health Care (PHC) (Prescription) business.
- Plan and implement marketing plans for the Brand building.
- Training, coaching and mentoring PHC team.
- Shortlist and plan future portfolio of product mix therapy wise.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Incumbent must be an Indian national
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Pharmacy, MBA (Marketing) or any related
- Experience of 12 - 20 years in International Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Ability to lead and influence change
- Ability to connect across cultures
- Continuous process improvement orientation
- Ability to plan and manage projects
- Professional use of MS office
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate must have good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with team management capabilities. Adapting to local culture & understanding the market dynamics is must. Knowledge in Pharmaceutical domain, Sales and Marketing Management, Export, Financial Management, and HR Management is preferred.
