Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provides customer support for group supplied products

only in diagnosing, troubleshoots customer problems, fixes parts

and provides solutions.

• Repairs, installs and carry out R&M, commissioning activities,

calibrates products for optimal performance.

• Prepare Minutes of meeting after repair for closure of the

customer complaints at sites and sends

within 2 days, takes

concurrence from the Service HO before concluding/finalizing on

critical decisions at customers end.

Experience in PLC OR SCADA

Qualification: BE Electrical/Elecronics/instrumentation
