At least 10 years Experience required from relevant industries - Namkeens , Snacks , Candies, Digestives and Sweets.
Develop business in the assigned territory. Solving the problem and queries of existing customers. Update all records and documents of distributors and retailers.
Identifying new channel partners.
Market intelligence of competitors and their movement.
Processing orders of key accounts.
Responsible for Maximizing Sales , Distribution (Width and Depth), Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & Infrastructure at the area Level within the values and parameters set by the Company.
Coach Field force to improve sales capabilities to achieve executional excellence through planned field contacts.
Ensure the Area team consists of the Right Caliber People who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious Business plans consistently.
Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for smooth and effective distribution
Obtained feedback of competitors' activities and suggesting marketing strategies/ BTL Activities to counter them from time to time.
Analyzed marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.
