Roles and Responsibilities
Required for immediate hiring of an Online Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive for business developments and to oversee the company's established online sales.
- Uploading, managing, and maintaining all online listings on Amazon Seller Central (title, description, images, prices, product specs, search terms, etc.) in the UK and Europe.
- Setting up and optimizing ad campaigns and boost sales through sponsored ads.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.)
- Building and updating storefronts on Amazon in Seller Central
- Raising cases with Amazon Seller Central Support to fix issues on the account
- Working with the procurement team to understand all new products coming through to ensure they are listed on selling channels correctly and on time
- Work with the graphics and design team to ensure products have enough imagery for online content
- Conduct relevant market research and analyze competitors' products, content, and prices
- Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand
- Setting up promotions, tracking, and coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have e-commerce channel Amazon Marketplace operation experience
- An understanding of PPC marketing desirable
- Aware of all the Amazon seller policies Must
- Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables, etc for MIS reports Good level of Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external teams
- A good dedicated room to work from home
Perks and Benefits
Work remotely: Yes, its a work from home role.
Hours: Working hours will be 12.30 pm- 9.30 pm Monday to Saturday.
Week Offs: Monthly 5-week offs (1 Saturday and 4 Sundays Off).
Salary not a bar for deserving candidates
Leave Balance: 36 Leaves / Annum (12 Privileged leaves, 12 Casual leaves, 12 Sick leaves)14 India Govt public holidays.
