Job Description

What can you expect?

• Excellent in salesforce service cloud technical / functional skills
• Key developer with good hands on implementing service cloud features in lightning experience
• Prior experience in developing Lightning components and Lightning Design System
• Proficient in implementing service cloud features like Email to case, case assignment rules, escalation rules, entitlements, Omni channel features
• Proficient in coding and can implement complex routing algorithm
• Proficient in implementing Service Consoles, Live Agent, Knowledge article, Communities, chatbot etc.
• Excellent in configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, flows, process builder, Security Model, Data Model etc.
• Proficient in integrating with Force.com web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models, and typical API client architecture
• Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines.
• Must have Good Communication skill /Capable of Client facing

What you need to have:

• Minimum 4-5 years of IT development experience with minimum 3+ years in salesforce service cloud
• BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
• Must Have Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning, Customizations & Integration
• Good to have - Sales cloud and any other cloud knowledge
