Job Description
We are well networked domain experts developing first of its kind blockchain backed solution for SME Finance. Presently at POC completion stage, we plan to launch the product shortly.
We are looking for a tech-partner who can join us as cofounder and CTO
Description
- A person with experience range of 7-20 years .Few years of team management experience would be handy as the person shall be gradually leading the complete technology division.
- Experience in working on enterprise blockchain solutions (on Corda/Hyperledger/ Eth). A Corda Certified Developers certification would be preferable.
- A person with understanding of tokenisation and smart contracts (preferably worked on actual use cases)
- He/She should be able to understand (and manage the entire team ) to develop front end, middleware and backend besides the blockchain architecture . Experience as a full stack developer would be handy.
- A Self-starter who gels well with the team. Has friendly and positive attitude.
What's on offer:-
- We are looking for a co-founder. Initial compensation shall be primarily in the form of equity for first few months. Other expenses shall be managed by the team. (Open for part cash component)
- Increasing fixed and variable CTO compensation with each round of funding can be anticipated along with equity benefits.
