We are looking for a high-performing Manager Sales & Marketing.

* He/She will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the strategic plan.

* He/She should be a strong dynamic leader with extensive experience, vision, and knowledge of the Real estate Industry and of high volume processes associated with large scale operations.

* Lead and motivate a team of senior executives and executives to achieve both financial and non- financial Sales targets. Help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company
competitive and innovative.

* He/She will be responsible for tracking the activities and performance of the sales team, sales
goals, and reporting results to the management as necessary.

*Develop good network with clients and other potential investors customers which should result in sales.

*Negotiating with clients & converting leads into sales.

*Presenting the products to customers

*Achieving sales target

* Conveyance must (2wheeler/4wheeler)

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent Communication skills.

Excellent Negotiation skills.

Must be good in achieve the targets.

Presentable

Business Development & Sales- Marketing skills.

Having good awareness of Gurgaon Locations.

Industry intelligence, Ongoing trends in Real Estate Market.
