Job Description

• Media Preparation and its stock maintenance.
• Analysis of different types of water for Total Viable Count and pathogen testing (Water for injection, Purified Water, Potable Water and Pure steam Condensate.
• Microbial Limit Test (TAMC, TYMC, pathogens and coli forms) of Raw materials and Packing materials.
• Testing of new Lot of lysate for the confirmation of claim sensitivity.
• Testing of sterile products for Liquid borne particle count testing (LBPC) using PAMAS-LPC
• Testing of WFI and bulk samples for bio load using membrane filtration method.
• Carrying out Growth Promotion Test for every lot of media to be used.
• Trend analysis of Environment monitoring and water analysis reports.
• Revival of lyophilized cultures and its maintenance.
• Culture Suspension Preparation and Handling of standard micro organism cultures, sub culturing and maintain the Record.
• Environment monitoring.
• Bioball Quantification and qualification.
• Antimicrobial effectiveness testing.
• Maintaining GLP in laboratory
• Enumeration and Incubation of Biological indicators.
• Enumeration of Environment monitoring plates.
• Container closure Integrity Test by Microbial Ingress Method.
• Visual Qualification for Media fills activity.
• Personnel qualification and personnel monitoring of the persons entering in aseptic area.
• Different staining techniques and gram staining using pravi-color.
• Identification of Isolates from Environment, Water etc. using Mini API and vitek-2.
• Trending of different type of water.
