Job Description

1.Co-ordination between internal teams
2.Day to day update to HOD regarding new and current on-going projects and about modifications
3.Support BD for RFQ study for any missing details and relevant previous project data and practices.
4.Internal target dates assigning and final time plan preparation & submission to customer
5.CFT formation for new projects. Arrange for review & kick-off sessions accordingly
6.Project Scope Change validation and execution with team
7.Timely update to B.D about project progress and issues
8.Develop and manage team members w.r.t. R&R, Training, Interpersonal skills, communication, behavioural aspects, conflicts, etc.
1.Timely and proper generation of MIS reports about project developments, plans, budgets, risk, ECR, etc...
2.Project file preparation by co-ordinating with respective departments and from outsourced agencies
3.Proactive approach to address commercial and financial aspects related to the project execution
4.Comply as per ISO QMS standards/procedures
5.Active participation in the PMO and initiatives to improve project management capabilities.
