We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic Network Engineer @Imphal Smart City Project - Imphal
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent should have experience pertaining to design, optimization, and implementation of IP MPLS network architectures
Advanced knowledge in Cisco Network including:
1) Cisco firewalls, switches & routers
2) Cisco Wireless LAN Controller and LWAPP
3) Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stacks and Cyber security includes firewall, WAF F5,Load balancer
4) Knowledge of QoS designing/implementing in enterprise environment
Technical Requirement:
- Network Management : SNMP, Cisco Works, Cisco Prime, IBM Tivoli Network manager, HP OpenView,
- Routing Protocols : RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP,HSRP, VRRP & GLBP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, TFTP
- LAN technologies : Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet & 10 Gigabit Ethernet
- WAN technologies : Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, MPLS, leased lines & exposure to PPP, DS1, DS3, OC3, T1 /T3 & SONET
We are looking for highly talented and qualified professional who have domain expertise in the Smart Grids concept with the following prerequisites.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferable - Electronic and Telecommunication/ IT / Computer Science).
- At least 2+ years of proven track record of creating significant impact in organizations
- Understanding of smart world concepts will be an added advantage
- Willingness/flexibility for extreme travelling (if necessary)
- Experience in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in a large Corporations.
- Excellent people handing and communication abilities
- Good Understanding and Exposure of Telecom Industry & ICT.
