Job Duties and Tasks for: "Engineering Lecturer, Teachers, Postsecondary"
1)Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on topics such as mechanics, hydraulics, and robotics.
2)Keep abreast of developments in their field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences.
3)Supervise undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, internship, and research work.
4)Evaluate and grade students' class work, laboratory work, assignments, and papers.
5)Conduct research in a particular field of knowledge, and publish findings in professional journals, books, and/or electronic media.
6)Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
7)Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others.
8)Supervise students' laboratory work.
9)Initiate, facilitate, and moderate class discussions.
10)Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students.
11)Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.
12)Advise students on academic and vocational curricula, and on career issues.
13)Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
- Qualification: Candidate should be graduate/diploma holder in relevant field.
- Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Good communication skills (mandatory).
- Ready to relocate in Hong Kong
