Job Description

Independent testing services for all verticals, including retail, BFSI, e-commerce, e-learning, gaming, healthcare, mobile, telecom, IT, social media, finance, Web 2.0, manufacturing and engineering and many more. End-to-end web application testing services, including component and unit testing, core testing services, database and platform testing, functional testing, performance testing, localization testing, network security testing, SOA and web services testing, system testing, usability and content testing. Development of complete test automation framework, Selenium automation testing, identification of the best and the most-cost-effective tools, functional test automation, and performance test automation. Complete test management, including test case management, test strategy formulation, test design and approach, crafting of test models and planning, test cases development, test execution, QA coordination and testing estimation. Specialized expertise in Mobile, Enterprise Web software, SaaS, Selenium Automation testing, performance Engineering.Designation : SAP - Test Lead

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of SAP ISU,/Billing and Collections work stream.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedure.
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
SAP/ERP exposure would be preferred.
Functional testing experience of Website/Web technologies.
Decent knowledge on manual testing
Desired Candidate should be smart enough and should have good QA fundamentals to figure out test scenarios.
Requirement Analysis, having Good experience with various QA testing methodologies like functional, Integration, Regression, Acceptance and Performance testing and Automation.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
