• Build highly scalable enterprise software for AdTech domain, capable of handling high volume of transaction using Java/J2EE technology stack

• Take e2e ownership of products development from design to production

• Collaborate across multiple teams in architecting new solutions

• Advocate for strong engineering practices Agile, pair programming, automation, CI/CD

• Collaborate with Product owners to design and build next generation features

• Participate in ongoing research and evaluation of new technologies and understand their impact

• Drive efforts to reduce inefficiencies in development, QA and deployment processes

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline

• Minimum 8 Years of total experience and at least 2 years in Lead Roles

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE stack

• Strong expertise in REST/Microservice

• Experience in building highly scalable distributed system

• Knowledge and experience with various SQL and NoSQL database

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Redis, Kafka or equivalent technologies

• Good knowledge of CI/CD process and tools

• Experience in Angular and Node is a definite advantage

• Exposure to AWS development and deployment will surely be a plus

• Strong skill in of unit testing, profiling, performance tuning and production debugging

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and willing to learn new technologies

• Excellent communication skills and great team player
