Job Description
Job Title Jr.Sales Coordinator
Department Sales Department
Reporting to Sr.Sales Coordinator
Coordination Person/Department: Sales Department , Finance and Dispatch Department
JOB DUTIES-
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems in dispatch of material.
Take follow-ups from distributors for payment and brief them about company procedures for payment.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Communicate with other departments and convey information.
Communicate on mails and telephone as per guidance of management.
Prepare and share reports and databases for sales.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Perform other duties which are given by the company.
Visit the HQ once in a month for meeting with the allotted team
