Job Description
Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for strategic leadership of FIGmds Information & Cyber Security program, Handling info sec compliance at India & US office including our Cloud infrastructure.
Responsible for working with (CEO & FIGmd Leadership) in defining information /cyber security program across organization, alongwith policies, process and SOPs for the organization and Security Team.
Successfully establish and maintain Information Security Compliances as per HIPAA, ISMS EHNAC, HITRUST, SOC2 , GDPR etc requirements.
Responsible for executing Cyber Security Framework in consideration with (CIA) Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of organizational data
Ensure mitigation of various risks exposed to FIGmd IT Infrastructure and business through regular Risk Assessment Processes, Established & Implemented ISMS & HITRUST Risk Based Approaches for FIGmd stakeholders, third party vendors and clients, Conducting Info Sec Awareness Programs for all entities. Provide Risk Assessment Dashboards to the senior leadership.
Host of Information Security Committee, responsible for drafting Info Sec Calendar and project deliverables. Brief the leadership team on status of all projects, ongoing issues and challenges on overall operational strategy
Prepare information security financial budgets with financial objectives, involved in entire process of planning and processing budget requirements for resources, tools, insurance etc.
Acting as a FIGmd representative with respect to inquires from clients, partners, regulators and external auditors regarding organization security strategy, INFOSEC questionnaires & INFOSEC agreements.
Test and monitor organizational BCP/DR plan along with IT Infrastructure Team to ensure system/IT infra redundancy, regular evaluation of Hot/Cold/Warm sites, assure high level trust within clients through various testing
Ensure zero vulnerable IT environment through regular VAPT scans, Patch Management, Up gradation of network devices with latest firmwares, evaluation of IDS/IPS attacks, threat analysis through Anti Virus, Insider and Outsider Threat Analysis and Mitigation Plan etc
Get update myself with evaluation of latest security tool and technologies, constantly update latest threats and recommend cyber security strategy, security technology to Top Executive Team regularly
Timely review of incidents through logging & monitoring, Monitor and upgrade with latest internal/external threats, identify and mitigate with proper deliverables.
Manage information security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, regulated data and the company's reputation
Managing and ensuring information security including data security, application security, network security, endpoint security, secure logging and monitoring, cloud security and mobile security etc
Identify weaknesses and potential threats to existing information security tool-sets.
Technical/Domain Skills :
Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Vendor Management, Incident Management
Must have a broad knowledge of technology and Information Security technology and methodologies
Must be experienced to implement IDS/IPS, DLP, DMZ, WAF etc. in the organization
Having experience on the following tools would be desired:
Network Security Management:
Firewalls : Palo Alto, Barracuda, Web Access Firewall.
McAfee Endpoint Security: Anti-virus, McAfee EPO,SOC
SIEM : Splunk, Qradar, Manage Engine; Qualysguard,
Application Security: App Scan, Burp Suite;
Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) : Nessus, Qualys, Nexpose
