Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good understanding of CMMI DEV Model v1.3 or v2.0
• Should have experience in process initiatives like ISO 9001/27001, SEPG etc.
• Process Improvement (PI) initiatives like designing the Quality Management System including the processes/procedures, templates, guidelines.
• Experience in Quality Assurance activities like Process Audits
• Should be able to drive various process initiatives like piloting of various tools and techniques.
• To assist in CMMI implementation for the team
• To plan and steer various core delivery and support teams for CMMI initiative in time bound manner.
• Responsible for driving the quality initiative within the organization
• Requirement gathering from internal clients
• Creating proposal, business flows functional specifications, prototypes
• Prepare project plan
• Preparation of SQA plan and Audit docs
• Requirement traceability matrix, Test plan, Test Cases, Test Logs
• Coordination amongst team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
