Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Recruitment
• Develop various sources of agent hiring && build a team of agent && agent pipe line.
• Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
• Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company
• Agent Development
• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
• Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
• Meet Business Targets
• Achievement of key business vectors
• Improve agent productivity && retention
• Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistence and surrender

Minimum Education:

• Minimum Graduate
• Candidate Specification
• Minimum 1 years of Sales experience , Freshers can apply ANY Industry ( Good Family Background to support)
• Experience of handling 4-5 member team
• Should have been from the local area/ applied location for at least for 2 years
