Exp: 8-10 years; Experience Minimum 8-10 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control process preferable in Solar IndustryJob description
Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar Photovoltaic Modules.
Product and Process audit to ensure the stability of process and quality of product at each stage of Solar Photovoltaic modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance.
MIS Preparation, ISO Documentation and Prepare the Various Quality Reports
Testing/qualifying incoming raw materials
PV module reliability testing
Trouble shooting/reducing rejection in module production
Product Development of Modules, BOM & trials
Complete Accountability & Inspection of Visual, Electrical and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel.
Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards
Improvement in production process to reduce rework & rejections.
Man power management with proper utilization to get maximum efficient output.
Implementation of Various Quality Standard tools.
Responsible for maintaining quality standards in manufacturing.
