Designation: Protection Coach

Role expectations:

A Protection Coach will be based out in BKC, Mumbai office carrying out all the job
responsibilities using digital tools i.e. by working remotely
Building sales strategies with the team to achieve the sales target
Keep tracking the Target Vs Achievement of each team member on a daily basis and
send the MIS
Working and assisting team to meet their goals and targets
Assisting team with their learning and development
Providing feedback and plan of action for improvement
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
Answering customer queries
Mediating disputes with customers

Eligibility:

Females preferred
Age 28 to 35 years
Graduate preferred
Willingness to meet people and build a network
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt and use new-age digital tools
Self-driven and hunger to succeed

Location: BKC Mumbai

Salary: 3 lacs to 5 lacs PA
