Key Responsibilities: Handling various business email communications and correspondence. Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests etc. Planning trips and scheduling meetings. Keeping files, desktops, and diaries organized. Play a supporting role in all the functions of the company. Traveling domestic/international Any other secretary activities as and when required. Key Competencies/Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in English/Hindi. Proficient with computers/Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
