Legal Assistant @ Raja Housing

Job Description

1. Drafting and review of all kinds of commercial agreements/deeds related to real estate sector being executed by the company.
2. Effective legal clarification on customers & banker legal queries.
3. Title Scrutiny of land documents, preparation of preliminary title reports.
4. Effective co-ordination & follow up with external lawyers pertaining to title opinions of the projects & any other legal matters.
5. Drafting knowledge of notices/reply notice/letters to any govt., & Non-Govt. authorities.
6. Basic Knowledge of Karnataka land revenue Act, Land reforms Act, Stamp Act and other land related laws including RERA Act & Rules is essential.
7. Experience in handling RERA Registration, compliance & updating post-registration quarterly details.
8. Provide suitable Legal advise to the management in any legal related matters as and when required.
9. Responsible for maintaining all legal records & documents within the legal department.
10. Interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) to co-ordinate at all levels of the organization.
