Strong client-facing personality with verbal and communication skills to interact with demanding professionals (architects) and elite clientele.
Go-getter and no-compromise attitude in ensuring work done get on time.
Understand & evaluate client requirements.
Explain to them the various concepts and design options for their layout and budget.
Conduct sales presentations explaining firms services, follow up & set up sales meetings with potential customers.
Negotiate and close the deal.
Take complete ownership of sales operations by being point of contact for the client.
Develop new business avenues consistently.
Your communication skills should be excellent, with good command over English and the local language.
You should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
Continue to maintain relationships with Architects and Interior Designers.
