Job Description
Hiring for Manager- Sales & Marketing for Delhi/NCR.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent is responsible for:
1.Can connect with Architects/Builders/Interior Designers/End Users (Leads will be given, need to convert them) & Enhance our corporate equity
2.Visit/Meet/Handle customers & give them information regarding product
3.Build a long term relationship by addressing their concerns and complaints and act as one contact person between the company & key accounts
4.Convince the clients to visit our stores and gallery/Experience centre
5.Promote the company's product/services and predict the client's objectives
6.Schedule regular meetings with key accounts/customers to ensure they are satisfied
7. Negotiate with the clients and close the deal.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Proven experience as a BDM/Sales Professional/Client Servicing
* Presentable
* Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
* Strong on networking & follow-ups
* Ability to work with the team
* Own Conveyance is MUST
IMPORTANT POINTS
-Candidate should compulsorily be a local lite of Delhi as they need to travel in Delhi/NCR for meetings.
-Should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Sales and Client handling.
-Should have excellent written and spoken English.
-Motivated, self-starter individual with a high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude.
-Disciplined process-oriented work style
-Able to work effectively under pressure
-Ability to work equally well either independently or as part of a team
