In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration services. Your role as part of the team will be to function as an overlay of existing domain experts and support in lease abstraction services for the client.

Responsibilities

Candidate would be required to work on commercial real estate lease document,

Including reading and extracting information basis the requirements.

In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for updating the abstract in the Client Specific tools and applications.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

B.Com (P/H)/Economic (H)/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent

Relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate industry

Relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate Lease Abstraction

Strong Excel skills

Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach

Preferred qualifications

Work experience in lease abstraction

Read/Write/Interpret English language documents

Paralegal experience will be preferred

Commercial Real Estate Industry knowledge

Understanding about lease administration
