As part of our regional expansion plan, we are looking for go getters to lead our expansion out of various regions PAN India.
What does this role includes? As a Regional Lead you will required to work directly with Readwhere HQ team and your various acquired publishers online (web domain owners) and print / Digital publishers in your regions for optimization of their traffic and revenue via using Readwhere Suite of products and services.
What does this opportunity offer me? This role is vital to the companys overall success in your native region and we are looking for someone who can take our multi channel approach forward. You will be someone who has an experience in acquisition and management of accounts and publishers, some one who is always abreast of internet advertising industry developments.
KRAs - Publisher acquisition for Readwhere Suite of Services
- Account Management and growth of acquired publishers, developing and managing relationship with publishers.
KPIs - Pro-actively seek monthly, quarterly and yearly organizational targets publishers, print media , Digital Media companies and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Companys services.
- Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients accounts.
- Build referral and lead generation network for product & service offered by company.
- Forecast long and short-range market potential for Managements analysis.
- Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of sales programs.
- Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
Skills/Qualifications: - Strong communication and Presentation skill.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of Telugu Language, verbal and written for Telugu Region
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E+ MBA / MBA
Compensation:
Top of line compensation, with performance incentives which will make sky the limit on how much you can earn.
Prior Experience in Sales and Business Development is necessary.
If you have the drive and passion for digital and mobile, then years of experience is not a criterion.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
PG: MBA/PGDM - Advertising/Mass Communication, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing
