Job Location: Delhi
Job Title: Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Advance Excel knowledge along with MS office preparation of advance MIS, data interpretation etc.
2. Taking care of printing for business stationeries involvement for procurement, follow-up with vendor for process of printing, negotiation with vendor for commercial, delivery of materials, processing invoice for payment (t shirt, loan documents)
3. Handling courier and dispatch in expert manner Control over inward and outward of couriers movement
4. Taking care of processing and managing ID cards, visiting cards, issuing of SIM card etc
5. Taking care of lease and rental part of PAN India COMPANY offices support to prepare lease tracker, follow-up with owner, preparation of tracker for monthly rent, maintenance etc. processing of invoice for landline bills, mobile bills etc
6. Support to function of facility services daily cleaning of HO, coordination with PAN India offices for repair and maintenance, PAN India coordination with vendors for payment of all repair and maintenance job. Follow up with all courier agency after verifying invoices from concerned person.
Accountability Key Indicators:
- Preparation and presentation of MIS
- Preparation of tracker (lease, Vendor master, expenses management etc)
Good knowledge on courier and dispatch
Eligibility Criteria for the Job
Education: Graduation / PG
Experience: 4-5 years
Skills & Competencies: Advance level of Excel and G Suite
Skills:
* Good communication skills.
* Renewable contract (Performance basis renewal)
