Designation: Sales Officer (Home Loan, Mortgage, Loan against Property)
Job Location: Bangalore, Kerala
salary range: Up to 3 LPA plus huge incentives
Direct payroll of the Bank-Agency channel
Interview Face to face Only
Interview for Kollam 12 Jan and 15 Jan
Interview for Bangalore 12-13 January
Interview in Kochi 15 January
Educational Eligibility: Any Graduate (Graduation Must)
Experience: 6 Months to 2 years experience in any Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Home Loan, Mortgage sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping: Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor.
2. Source Relationship Management: Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned
3. Maintain Reports: Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format.
4. Channel Partner Recruitment: Responsible for identifying the need for the appointment of a channel partner
5. Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining a relationship with customers.
6. Completion of File: Responsible for submission of the complete application form, documentation and information
