We hiring for UG/ Graduate, fresher or experienced candidates with Excellent Communication skills for the Voice process for Gurgaon Location.
Designation: Customer Support Associate -Voice

Interface with customers via live chat, emails, and calls for the purpose of actively resolve customer problems or selling products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Opens the customer account by recording account information.
Prepare reports by collecting the feedback from customers.
Attracts potential customers by providing knowledge about the product and services according to their needs.
Candidate Profile:
UG/Any Graduate Fresher or Experience.
Excellent written & spoken communication skills.
Keyboard skill for 30 wpm.
Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
Salary slab 13k-27k Take home (As per the relevant experience) & attractive Incentive amount.
Shift Timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am, 09:30pm to 6:30am & 2:30am to 11:30am.
