Job Description

The key responsibility is to identify potential locations(property/Sites) for the Brand FIVE STAR CHICKEN and develop stores through franchisees.
Shortlist properties in the right location, at right catchments, at right rentals through market study and catchment analysis.
Developing pipeline of locations by Sourcing properties, Blocking of Locations, Negotiating and Finalizing of Commercials with Developer/ Landlord / real estate agents.
Identify new city or town for Expansion as per Business Plan and to ensure that the Site is finalized after Proper Mapping, Catchment Study and by analyzing the potential of the market.
Smooth Handover of the site to Projects Department and Progress towards Launch of Store.Desired Profile:

From Chain of---
Home grown super markets (small formats) like Pazhamudirr, Niligires super markets etc
Medical shops like Apollo Pharmacy, religare wellness, Trust Medicine shops,
Cake shops, oil stores (eg.Castrol oil shops), optic stores, ice cream outlets ,play schools, saloons etc or from any other chain of stores which has the potential to scale / scaled.
Guys who have worked in real states company and finding sites for ATMs.
