Job Purpose/Role Collection of Annual Subscription Fees from 100% Fully Paid members and to reduce member delinquency.
Responsibilities:
a. Outcall Members with ASF Due/Overdue from various buckets
b. ASF Collection for 100% paid members for particular location.
c. Plan holidays of members and increasing their Holiday eligibility as per the yearly targets.
d. For outstation members plan circuit travels for meeting with them individually.
Desired Candidate:
Educational Qualification Graduation
Experience Required Minimum 2 to 3 years
Knowledge and Skills required Product and Process Knowledge
Excellent knowledge on the CRM package
Persuasive, Negotiating/Re-negotiating and Influencing Skills

Working conditions Working conditions are that of an office environment. Would require travel daily to meet minimum 3 members within the city and also out of the city (Tier 2/3)
