*Managed team size of 100+FTE, AM's, TL, SME's, to drive and achieve targets as set by the *Business or clients.
*Handle escalations & Run projects to improve sales/conversions Provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum experience of 6 years
2 years experience in outbound sales process on managerial role
Telecom Process exposure - BPO
Ability to improve process
