Qualiity Analyst

#Monitor calls and email to assess the quality & the performance
#Developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes.
#Identify and highlight Process Gaps & risks.

Required Candidate profile

#Minimum 1 years of experience as Quality Analyst
#BPO Candidate should be proficient with English and Hindi.
#Preferred experience of telecom or Banking.
