Typically:
Works largely independently within defined projectswork streams and is checked on end results.
Has an executional role in design and development projects or acts as an expert tester who designs test scripts and provides overall project guidance and planning support.

Specific:

• Experience of how large enterprises manage their Managed Client estates and the challenges they may face.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Client Management toolsets AD, AAD, GPO, MDOP (AGPM, UEV, DaRT, MBAM)
• High Awareness of Microsoft Best Practice for Enterprise Desktop Management
• High Awareness of Microsoft Product Roadmap and supportability deadlines
• Hands-on and working experience with Microsoft OS imaging and deployment methodologies and tooling. (MDT, WDS, SCCM)
• Hands on experience of ConfigMgr 2012r2 (WSUS, OSD, TS). Windows and Office servicing experience desired but not necessary.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Client Programs, Versions and Deployment methodologies (Office 365 ProPlus, Office 2019, Visio & Project)
• Knowledge of browsers and web standards, and how these are managed.
• Scripting Languages (VBS and PowerShell)
• Knowledge of Symantec Endpoint Protection Client.
• Experience with non-password and 2fa logins (token, smartcard)
• Knowledge of Application Deployment, Patching and Lifecycle Management
• Working Knowledge of Networking and Protocols, (IPv4, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN)
• Knowledge of Laptop and Desktop Hardware Components.
• Experience of monitoring tooling.
