Job Description
Key accountabilities
- Ensure direct relation with key stakeholders by frequent review meetings, proactive follow ups, feedbacks for customer satisfaction and avoiding escalation. Ensure feedback is taken seriously and action plan in place. Also, in case of any escalation, ensure that actions are taken on the utmost priority.
- Informed and happy stakeholders.
- Escalation is handled in timely and professional manner.
- Provide expertise support to development team?s activities at various levels as per business/management expectation.

- Ensure strong network within OLN and bridge with other departments inside or outside OLN for new technology or process, sharing/learning best practices, opportunities for new work etc.
- Knowledege Capitalisation within the group, strong network with different departments leading to win win situation for all.
- Think out of the box and suggest innovations, be part of innovative projects, produce whOLN papers, present POCs etc.
- Number of Innovations, POCs, whOLNpapers.
- Exhibit and Ensure Openness, transparency and trust in the department at all levels.
- Inspiring environment of OLN India.
Technical Skills:
- Team Leader/Scrum Master Experience on Agile Projects.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure Testing and Automation
- Deep understanding about IaaS, SaaS, Managed Services.
- Strong programming skills using Python
- Experience working in Cloud Openstack or Public Cloud
- Good understanding of VNF onboarding, testing and lifecycle management (HOT, Ansible etc)
- Experience in CI/CD tools like ansible, Jenkins , git etc.
- Experience in Automation of Testing and validation and benchmarking of IaaS and CaaS
- Fair Understanding on Network Virtualization, Understanding of NFV requirements for cloud-oriented deployments.
- Experience in AGILE way of working and on agile management tools.
- Working Experience with Linux Operating system & virtualization platforms.
- As a plus/ Good To Have:
- Knowledge of ONAP, CNCF projects
- Performance Benchmarking for NFVi.
- RESTful API design, software architectures
