Job Summary:

• Exp: 7+ years experience
• Qualification: Diploma or B.E
• Designation : Assistant Delivery Manager & Delivery Manager
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Security, firewall certifications, cloud etc.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Experience in handling a team size of 12 + technical resources
• In-depth knowledge of all networks
• Switches, Router, SDN, SDWAN (Cisco, Aruba, HP etc.)
• Firewall, WAF, IPS (Palo alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, Cisco etc.)
• LAN, WAN, Wireless network, voice contact center, PBX etc.
• Handled infrastructure projects: (LAN, WAN, Cloud, Voice & Wireless)
• Interpersonal skills and experience in presenting
• Problem solving and project management experience
• Team working skills
• Understanding of business
• 24/7 Operations role - flexibility required
• Ability to drive SLAs and Metrics in a must have
• Candidates with extensive NOC experience and managing network operations
