Experience in handling large diversified project.

Managing team size of more than 20 engineers.

Resolution of calls within SLA, Report preparation.

Day-to-Day interaction with customer.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be team player

Self Motivated

Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop,printers local networking.

ITIL certification is must.

CCNA ,Prince will be preferred.
