Graduate (Min 6 Months Exp Tele Sales Outbound Voice Process/ Customer support/ Inbound process)
Generate Sales and interact with prospective customers through modes likes Mail, Phone, Chat etc.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address.
To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
Since the candidate will be a part of the sales team, the candidate will be working on all weekends.
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals and provide pricing details.
To handle the queries of the customers.
Location: Haralur, HSR Layout
Languages should be known are English , Hindi ,Tamil ,Malayalam , Odia , Assamese , Bengali.
