Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment (head hunting, conducting interviews), selection, induction, orientation, etc.
- Identifying manpower requirements & preparing hiring plan and budgets for hiring the positions.
- Managing End to End Recruitment for Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing and for all other support functions.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Responsible for PAN India Recruitment for organization.
- Handling Walk-Ins through Multi-Location, Multi-Skill simultaneous drives resulting in volume closures.
- Maintains applicant tracking system and database. Prepares sourcing/recruitment reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Sourcing & screening resumes, coordinating recruitment, scheduling & conducting interview.
- Prepare salary fitment, fixing the grades, appointment letter for the selected candidates, confirmation letter of Mgt. trainees / transfers and promotion letters.
- Taking care of the on-boarding formalities and conducting Induction Program of new joinees.
- Co-ordinate & organize campus recruitment.

Key Skills Required:
- Computer Literate and have excellent analytical skills, intermediate word and powerpoint skills, advanced excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
- Experience - 2 to 6 years
- Compensation - As per Industrial standards
