PROJECT Description
Construction of a new 20-storey intelligent, smart and green Class A office tower and an adjacent 4-storey block with recreational amenities.
Addition and alteration works to the existing Pasir Panjang Terminal Building 3 which comprise landscape enhancement and a new covered linkway for seamless connectivity within the buildings.
Location: Harbour Drive. Completion Year 2021 (In progress)
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the general design and architectural input for their projects.
- Responsible to the Project Director/Associates and is to liaise with the Project Executives and Technical Staff.
- Complete the day-to-day executive work including minor design presentations, authority submissions and project correspondence.
- Ensures that the Integrated Management System is implemented for each project and is responsible for the maintenance of the Job Record.
- Liaise with the clients representative, site staff and residents
- Monitor progress of contracts and billing status.
