Job description

We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing.

* He will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the strategic plan.

* He should be a strong in the Broker Channel as well as dynamic leader with extensive experience, vision, and knowledge of the Real estate Industry and of high-volume processes associated with large scale operations.

* Lead and motivate a team of senior executives and executives to achieve both financial and non- financial Sales targets. Help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company
competitive and innovative.

* He will be responsible for tracking the activities and performance of the sales team, sales
goals, and reporting results to the management as necessary.

*Develop good network with Broker Channel and other potential investors customers which should result in sales.

Conveyance must (2wheeler/4wheeler)

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent Communication skills.

Must be good in the Broker Network Channel 

Industry intelligence, Ongoing trends in Real Estate Market
