• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Technology (IT/CS)

Job Responsibility

• Screening and short listing resumes from various Job portals, social networking sites, references etc
• Calling candidates and conducting their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the client.
• Scheduling the candidates as per the client requirement.
• Following up with the candidate until Joining.
• Maintaining the database of all the candidates.
• Building professional relationship with clients and candidates and enhance the network.

Skills:

• Should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should be a quick learner and target oriented.
• Should be a Good team player.
• Should have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word )
• Ability to work under pressure & able to deliver results quickly

• Ghansoli MBP (Navi Mumbai)
