Job Description:

• Responsible for writing technical documents.
• Creating process flow chart and diagrams.
• Work with technical resources to finalize the document.
• Create illustrations, diagrams, flow charts for proposal and presentation.
• Extensive qualifications in all facets of information systems methodology from conceptual design through documentation, implementation, team handling and coordinating, user training, quality review and enhancement.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills that help evaluate business documents and draw suitable conclusions.
• Knowledge of Expertise in System design and development required for business process. Requirements gathering, analysis, detailed requirements design (Use Cases), workflow design, functional (Application) testing, Bridging the gap in domain understanding between the client and technical team.
• Working with the development team to get the bugs fixed and producing quality output.
• Tools ( Balsamiq, MS Visio, Open Source wireframing tool, Agile tools, JIRA)
