Job Description

As the GM - PSP Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Payroll Processor expansion strategy. You will head the team that will be accountable for winning, maintaining and expanding relationships with Payroll Service Providers. You and the team will have a primary focus on increasing sales of greytHR from our Processor network. This is an expansion role for a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for strategy, execution, growth, and management of our Processor Sales program
  • Build a high performing Processor Sales team. Develop the team's capabilities by offering guidance, mentoring, and coaching
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish marketing support for the programs
  • Participate in sales conferences, industry events, and social networks to represent the company
  • Design and execute programs that foster and maintain a positive, growing relationship and mind share with Processors and their organizations.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Support and Customer Success team to improve existing Processor engagement and sales.
  • Sets goal, monitor work and evaluate results to ensure that program and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the vision and mission of the organization



Requirements

  • Master's degree in management from a reputed institute
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, in B2B IT sales in India
  • Should have sold software or services to the Chartered Accountants or CA Organizations. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Understanding of Software sales cycles and processes would be a big advantage
  • Must have led a team and has built and managed Sales organizations
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives
  • Strong strategic & financial planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills 
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
