Roles and Responsibilities

Enel X is looking for a highly motivated and qualified test automation engineer to develop and deliver test automation solutions to perform smoke, regression and stress testing of cutting edge products, related to the Energy and Environmental domain.

What you will do:

Assist in defining a long-term strategy and plan for automated product testing

Contribute to architectural discussions of development of test automation solutions for smoke, regression and stress testing of products

Work on discovery of high-impact areas with low test coverage through working with Senior Engineers and Product Managers

Work with product managers to develop unit, end-to-end, and front-end test cases for feature areas under active development

Work on replacement of existing manual regression tests with automated tests

Contribute in designing developer education and training on test development practices

Who you are:

You are a proficient Automation Test Engineer with hands on expertise on Selenium using Java. You an Engineer who also has extensively worked on API testing, Agile/Scrum and on CI/CD.

What we search in you:

Degree in Computers or Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience automating QA, designing automation platforms and writing automated tests
2 years of experience with RESTFul API automated testing
Extensive experience working with front-end testing frameworks such as Selenium
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Agile methods
