Roles and Responsibilities

l Responsible for Cold Calling and generating leads for Gold Loans business.

l Responsible for scheduling appointment with customers for Gold Loans business and coordinate with respective stake holder till completion of Gold Loans transaction.

l Responsible for educating customers on the Product,Schemes

l Responsible for collecting referrals from existing customers and from other market sources and achieve business targets.

l Responsible for handling customer Grievances and collecting feedback at levels of transactions for smooth flow of disbursal process.

l Responsible to maintain MIS and track/review on Daily/Weekly/Monthly.

Desired Candidate Profile

l Must have good linguistic Skills in English,Hindi & Telugu

l Must be good in Customer Grievance Management/Customer Service.

l Must be adaptable with learning attitude.

l Must have geographical knowledge about Hyderabad City
