Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure service delivery for the organization which includes server management, Network management, IT infra.
- Achieve SLAs and comply with contractual obligations.
- Project scheduling & analysis, Resource procurement, deployment & allocation
- Monitor development activities, report project progress, technical support to project team/Stake holder.
- Deliver and implement the project as per scheduled milestones.
- Business Development- Understand and New Business cases and client needs, Understand and Develop new structure of Organization and effective Solution, Demonstrate delivery methodology to Prospective clients, Costing and Pricing for new Business cases
- Ensure compliance to quality standards.

- Should have experience in handling customers
- Should have experience in to It-Hardware industry
